Shipping Policy - Retail Orders

Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the details regarding our retail shipping process, timelines, and policies to ensure a smooth experience:

Shipping Policy - Wholesale Orders

For large orders exceeding standard shipping weights or package sizes, please contact us, and we will assist with finding the best shipping arrangements for your needs.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your purchase is confirmed.

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Some costs of fulfilling your order have been included in the product price, and additional shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  These charges are the customer's responsibility, except where special promotions are offered on large orders - see banner on webpage for information on special promotions.  Duties imposed by countries beyond Canada's borders are to be paid by the customer, where applicable (delivery duty unpaid).

The following shipping options generally apply, subject to location of print facility:

United States

  • Shipping method - Standard, or Expedited (at customer's cost) where available
  • Delivery time - 5 - 15 business days (approximate)
  • Sizes/Type - Rates at checkout apply to standard packaging sizes, additional charges for non-standard package sizes may apply 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Canada

  • Shipping method - Standard, or Expedited (at customer's cost) where available
  • Delivery time - 2 - 5 business days
  • Sizes/Type - Rates at checkout apply to standard packaging sizes, additional charges for non-standard package sizes may apply 
Delivery times in the U.S. and Canada may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to various countries, excluding those experiencing violent disturbances or civil unrest.  International shipping times will vary based on destination and customs processing.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

European Countries

  • Shipping method - Standard, or Expedited (at customer's cost) where available
  • Delivery time - 10 - 30 business days
  • Sizes/Type - Rates at checkout apply to standard packaging sizes, additional charges for non-standard package sizes may apply 
  • Typically a base Rate applies to the First item, plus a supplementary rate for Additional items

Rest of World

  • Shipping method - Standard, or Expedited (at customer's cost) where available
  • Delivery time - 10 - 30 business days
  • Sizes/Type - Rates at checkout apply to standard packaging sizes, additional charges for non-standard package sizes may apply 
  • Typically a base Rate applies to the First item, plus a supplementary rate for Additional items

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
